Lawn Maintenance Program

Service and Description

Mowing - Grass will be mowed every 5 - 9 days, maintaining a height of 2 1/2 inches to 3 1/2 inches, depending on weather conditions.

Edging & Trimming - Services will be provided to maintain walks, drives, curbs and landscape beds with a crisp, tailored appearance every other mowing occurrence.

Hand Weed Mulch Beds - Regular hand weeding beds to maintain a (relatively) weed free appearance.

Aeration - Reduces soil compaction and Thatch build-up, increases water penetration, root development and drought tolerance.
